You post a placement listing in ten minutes and receive candidates who wrote for that listing, not empty applications. In return we ask one thing: that you answer.
What you get
- Candidates with context. Every application comes with the candidate's profile or résumé and a message written for your listing.
- A team, not a single account. You invite colleagues as administrators, recruiters or collaborators; every listing has one person who receives the applications.
- Ready-made answers for shortlist, interview, offer or decline — which you can adjust.
- The daily summary, if you want it: who opened the listing, who applied yesterday.
- A public company page with the description, the logo and the open listings.
What we ask
- One check, once. You confirm the address, we check the company (registration number, website, e-mail domain) before anything is public. We also read the first listings; after that you publish directly.
- An answer to every application. Unanswered applications get reminders; after a while the candidate sees "no answer". A listing with too many unanswered applications stops taking new ones until you answer. How quickly and how often you answer is shown to students on your listings.
- Paid or unpaid, stated truthfully. The listing says clearly whether the placement is paid.
- Candidates' data only for that recruitment. You do not keep it or pass it on once it is over.
What we do not do
The platform puts you in contact. The placement contract, the agreement with the school or university and any pay are concluded directly between you; we are not a party to them.
